  This beautiful solid billet timing cover includes a crank sensor boss used on 96-00 Vortec engines or if you want to run an aftermarket engine management system requiring a crank trigger, such as EFI Connections LS conversion kit.  This cover is much more rigid than the plastic Vortec cover, so you can run a cam button with no worries.  Machined in house from 6061 alloy, anodized Titanium Grey for a look that will not pit or corrode.

Beehive springs reduce the mass near the tip of the valve for a lighter valvetrain and higher rpm. This single spring beehive is a stock diameter of 1.290" and an ID of .885". At an installed height of 1.800" it has 130lbs on the seat and 325lbs at 1.200". Coil bind is at 1.100" and maximum lift is .625". A great spring for our LS series of cams from the ZL9 to the ZL12x.
