Above the TPiS Dual Bore 68MM Throttle Body for Mercruiser Mag 454 & 502 Engines - Have you upgraded from a stock Mercruiser Big Block Chevy to a 540 or larger engine? Increasing the bore size from 60mm to 68MM, this throttle body will let your big displacement engine breathe. We fully dis-assemble each throttle body, CNC machine the bores, machine the throttle shafts for better air flow, and install new CNC machined throttle blades. These are available on an exchange basis or we can modify your throttle body if you prefer.

An industry first, these units are designed for engines making over 620 HP, this throttle body has a massive 5" inch X 3.25" inch opening. Bolts onto HP525 intake manifolds, and features an integral flange for mounting a flame arrestor or air filter of your choice. * We can modify your HP500 or early HP525 to accept this throttle body.
