Elkhart Lake (August 20, 2006): Leighton Reese of Minnetonka Minnesota, with many friends family and Banner customers looking on, drove his Banner Engineering Chevy Corvette C6 to a strong 3rd place finish in Round 7 of the SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT Championship race here at Road America. The car (with its TPIS prepared engine) ran strong and pulled away from the rest of the field behind Aschenbach and Archer despite the 150 lbs. of added weight given to the Corvette entries.
